# HOLISTICCORE IT commercial terms Contact: support@holisticcoreit.com These commercial terms are a working business draft and should be reviewed by a Philippine lawyer before public launch. ## Packages and scope Each order must identify the selected package, included pages and workflows, price, delivery estimate, included revisions, hosting and domain inclusions, and excluded work. Anything not written in the accepted scope requires a separate quotation. ## Preview and revisions A preview is a temporary demonstration, not a production service. Included revisions are stated on the selected package. A revision means one consolidated request submitted through the platform; unused revisions have no cash value. Additional revisions begin only after payment is verified. ## Payment and delivery Payment is verified manually. Source code, production deployment, credentials, and ownership transfer remain locked until the required payment is verified and delivery is authorized. Custom work requires the deposit or payment schedule stated in its service agreement. ## Client responsibilities The client must provide accurate business information, lawful text and media, timely approvals, and access to client-owned domains or services. The client confirms that submitted content can legally be used. ## Ownership After full payment and authorized delivery, the client owns the project-specific delivered source code and client-supplied content for the approved scope and may operate, modify, or move that delivered application. HOLISTICCORE IT retains ownership of its Builder platform, generators, reusable templates, generalized tools, know-how, and pre-existing materials; those retained materials are licensed only as embedded in the delivered application. Third-party software remains under its original license. No ownership transfers before full payment. ## Hosting and support Free Starter platform hosting may be provided at no charge only when Admin approves the project and capacity is available; the client still pays approved domain registration and renewal costs. Public Website, Member Portal, and Admin + Member App hosting use the recorded hosting quotation unless Admin explicitly records an approved free-hosting arrangement. Email, maintenance, content changes, and third-party charges are included only when explicitly listed. Public Website includes 14 days and Member Portal/Admin + Member App include 30 days for reproducible delivery defects, starting on first source delivery or managed production launch. The platform records the start and end dates and requires Admin to classify reports as covered defects or separately assessed feature requests. ## Cancellation and refunds Before work begins, refundable amounts are determined by the accepted order. After generation or custom work begins, completed work, consumed third-party services, domains, and approved time are non-refundable to the extent allowed by law. HOLISTICCORE IT may cancel unlawful or abusive projects. ## Warranty and liability Deliverables will substantially match the accepted written scope at delivery. The client must report reproducible defects within the stated support window. No guarantee is made for sales, search ranking, uninterrupted third-party services, or results outside the agreed scope. Liability terms require legal review before publication.
